About ME

In December 2022, I made a decision that changed everything—I went bald. After more than 15 years of battling Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia (CCCA), I was tired. Tired of shots, creams, vitamins, and hiding. Nothing worked. The bald circle on my scalp only grew worse. I stopped asking God, “Why me?” Because deep down, I was already wrestling with my faith. I believed that if God truly loved me, He wouldn’t let this happen. And yet, there I was—bare and exposed. But when I looked in the mirror after shaving off the last strand of hair, I saw something I hadn’t seen in years: myself. No filter. No covering. Just the woman God created. In that moment, the smallest seed of faith began to grow again.  

Then came 2023. The diagnosis: Stage 1, Grade 3 breast cancer. This time, it was something I couldn’t control. But I knew one thing—Jesus knew my body better than anyone else. He had formed me (Psalm 139:13-14). I had no choice but to trust Him completely. And I did. I knew without a doubt, I would be healed by Jesus. I never doubted it.   That’s when Bald Faith became more than my story, it became a calling.  “Bald” means more than lacking hair. It means unfiltered. Honest. Without explanation. It means trusting Jesus without needing all the details. That’s what faith is. It’s standing strong when life makes no sense and believing anyway because Jesus is always faithful. With prayer and my family support, I was ready to fight!  Bald Faith exists to encourage others to walk boldly in their faith, to embrace their stories, and to trust God with everything, even when they don’t have all the answers.
