We carefully prepare each order before it ships. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Because some of our products are handmade with care and crafted from authentic materials, each piece is unique. As a result, there may be variations in patterns, sizes, color, or details. Additionally, due to different screen settings, the colors of the products may appear slightly different in person.    We appreciate your understanding and are confident you'll love the individuality of each item. 

 Pillow covers are sold as pairs and inserts are not included. 

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags or packaging intact. Items from Rini Natural are not eligible for returns or refunds.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. To start a return, email us at baldfaithllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, either with a replacement or refund.

Yes! You can purchase from my Etsy store or in person at pop-up events.

Spot clean or hand wash gently in cold water and air dry when possible to preserve the fabric and colors.

Our body butters are made with unrefined products and doesn't include any preservatives making it fully clean for your skin.  This means that it needs to be kept in a  cool, dark place.  The temperature should be between 60°F and 75°F.  If your body butter melts, put in the fridge for 15 to 20 mins.

Our body butters are kept in dark glass bottles to minimize light exposure which degrades the oil.  We also use glass bottles instead of plastic so that it does not leak any chemicals in the body butters.
