 We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Because some of our products are handmade with care and crafted from authentic materials, each piece is unique. As a result, there may be variations in patterns, sizes, color, or details. Additionally, due to different screen settings, the colors of the products may appear slightly different in person.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags or packaging intact. Items from Rini Naturals are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

To start a return, email us at baldfaithllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Need a different size? We’re happy to help! Contact us at baldfaithllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available inventory.

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

• Custom, personalized items, or items from Rini Naturals

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.
